Process:
1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Add one cup of sugar and let it sit for an hour.
3. After an hour, mash the strawberries with a spoon.
4. Transfer the mixture to a pan, add a pinch of salt, and pour in some lemon juice.
5. Stir well and cook until the mixture reaches a jam-like consistency.

CHOCO TRUFFLE CAKE 🍫 🥮
For the first time, I tried baking a cake! I have always loved watching baking videos and wanted to bake, but I hesitated, fearing it might not turn out well and would go to waste. However, this time, I gained confidence and baked a chocolate truffle cake for my sister-in-law’s birthday—and it turned out amazing!
Ingredients Needed:
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup milk (if needed)
For the Cream:
Solid butter (not melted)
Sugar
Vanilla essence
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup fresh cream
500g dark compound chocolate
Process:
1. Prepare the Dry Mixture: In a bowl, mix maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Wet Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla essence. Beat well using a hand mixer.
3. Combine: Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and beat well. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
4. Bake the Cake: Grease a baking tray with butter, pour the batter evenly into two halves, and preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Repeat for the next batch if needed.
Making the Cream:
Beat solid butter (not melted), sugar, and vanilla essence until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Refrigerate until needed. (Tip: Using melted butter can make the process longer, so always use solid butter.)
Making the Chocolate Ganache:
Heat fresh cream on low flame and add chopped dark compound chocolate. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts and blends smoothly.
Assembling the Cake:
1. Trim the top layer of the cake to level it.
2. Apply the prepared cream evenly over one layer, place the second layer on top, and cover it completely. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. After chilling, pour the chocolate ganache over the cake, spreading it evenly.
4. Garnish with your favorite toppings.

Refreshing Mango Fusion
Last summer, my house was overflowing with mangoes, so my mother asked me to create something delicious with them. After watching several YouTube videos, I came across a jam recipe and a dish combining curd and mangoes. While both tasted great separately, I thought—why not combine them into a single dish? And that’s how this Refreshing Mango Fusion was born!

Step 1: Making the Mango Jam
1. Cut the mangoes into pieces.
2. Blend half of the mango pieces into a smooth paste using a mixer.
3. Pour the mango paste into a pan, add 1 cup of sugar, and cook over low flame until it thickens into a jam-like consistency.
4. Set it aside to cool.
Step 2: Preparing the Mango Cream
1. Take a clean cloth, pour the curd into it, and strain out the excess water to get thick curd.
2. In a bowl, mix the thick curd with sugar and the remaining blended mango paste until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Step 3: Assembling the Dessert
1. For the first layer, spread the mango jam at the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.
2. For the second layer, add the mango-curd cream.
3. Sprinkle small pieces of fresh mango on top.
4. Repeat the layers once more.
